In 2019, the Gentle Breeze series waste battery recycling system developed by JONO was landed in Shanghai. The intelligent sorting system is mainly used in the fine sorting of mixed waste batteries, which can realize the fine classification of mixed waste batteries and stored in the intelligent storage system. This system adopts the self-developed manipulator and algorithm model to realize the automatic sorting and classification of waste batteries. The high-speed identification algorithm suitable for large batches of samples which realizes automatic and accurate sorting and the sorting rate is as high as 92%.
